• Client: A Fortune Global 500 enterprise in the insurance domain.

Key Activities

• Designed a fully automated process to deliver an HA SharePoint Farm on Azure.

• Took ownership of the code project from implementation to delivery.

• The entire infrastructure (10 envs, 70 servers) was delivered efficiently at a rate of 8 hours per env.

• Trained an internal DevOps automation team for streamlined infrastructure support.

Infrastructure Support and DevOps Automation

Key Activities

• Led the test-automation effort company-wide, with R&D leadership for automation tools/techniques

• Built and maintained automation frameworks across Android, iOS, Web, Server and API

• Took decisions on procurement and maintenance of automation devices

• Conceived and enforced processes and protocols for ensuring a maintainable, robust and scalable automation development effort: through source-control, versioning, JIRA project management, code reviews, Jenkins CI

• Started practice of Knowledge-Sharing sessions to share tips/tricks, new approaches to automation, innovative solutions to hard problems etc. These sessions were attended by non-QA members as well.

Lead QA for 3 mobile apps at iCelero

• Built and maintained multi-platform Jenkins build and test infrastructure (for Android, iOS, Web and API).

• Migrated app source code from Stash to Bitbucket whilst ensuring minimal disruption

• Created internal Maven repository for dependency management of multiple automation frameworks
